Apex manages the personal training program at Fit One Gym. They are passionate about guiding their clients through their fitness journeys and seeing them reach their goals! They carefully write each client’s program with careful planning and intent. They work with a wide variety of people at all stages of fitness. They offer individualized personal training in a private and semi-private studio. They offer nutrition coaching and personalized exercise programming. It is never too late to start when you work with them!

Raphael Rodriguez is The Director of Personal Training and is an NCCA-certified personal trainer. He enjoys barbequing, kayaking, and spending time with his wife, dog, and cats. He loves seeing our clients progress and hit their fitness goals!

Bryan Rito

Bryan is a NASM-certified personal trainer & and certified nutrition coach. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife & and daughters, traveling, hiking, golfing, and watching sports.
