FIT ONE Mission Statement

FIT ONE was established with all individuals in mind to help them grow physically and spiritually by providing a safe environment for adults and children, putting Christian values into practice while promoting good health ethics.  FIT ONE is a fitness and wellness facility that works with the community to help individuals, families and children to apply the principles of a healthy lifestyle through fitness programs, nutritional education and a safe, caring environment for all persons.  It is a community of people who have the same goal - A natural healthy lifestyle.

Safety Policies of FIT ONE

FIT ONE's childcare is for every member with children and we want to make our facility safe for all of the children who play and exercise here.  We ask out members to follow our facility guidelines for children.

• Children up to age 11 are allowed in "Claudia's Place".  Children over the age of 11 may sit in the lobby area for reading or homework.

• Children 12 years and younger are not permitted in the workout or group exercise area's.

• Youth, ages 13- 15, must have an orientation to the equipment and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while working out in the fitness center.  They may not at any time be in the black mat weight area.

• No child of the opposite sex may be allowed in the shower or locker area.  If a child is to be accompanied to a restroom facility, one is provided in the childcare area.  No older sibling may take them into the shower area at any time.
