Group Exercise Classes

A wide variety of group exercise programs are offered daily. 

Step:  Great cardiovascular workout using low    impact movement.

Yoga:  A quiet, relaxing class that builds strength & flexibility

Kick Boxing:  A cardio workout using punches and kicks to provide a "boxers" training effect.

Pilates:  Exercise that uses the inner core and concentrates on muscular movement, with attention focused on form and alignment.

Boot Camps:  Call for more information on Dates, Times & Prices of these special classes.

Spin/Cycling classes: Great Cardiovascular, Great Calorie burn! Fun Fun Fun!

Total Body Training: A great class designed to increase strength & tone your muscles, get ready for summer!

Fit for Life: A total body workout for those just starting out, or for active older adults.

****Water Aerobics: A FUN class with everyone in mind. Take it easy on your joints and come on in, the waters' fine! @ The Swim Center, provided by Fit One.

  Personal Fitness Trainers

The personal trainers are an expert team of trainers with your fitness goals and results as their only objective.  Our trainers work with you to set forth a plan that will maximize your ability and deliver the results in the safest most effective means possible while at the same time keeping you motivated.  All trainers have their Professional Trainers Certificates and are current in CPR.  All personal training sessions are scheduled at the front desk and fees for trainers are paid outside of your monthly membership auto draft and paid to Fit One.
