Mon - Thurs: 5:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Friday: 5:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. 
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. 
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

Child care at Fit One is free to members and only $1.75 per child for guests.

Childcare is provided for all Fit One members while they are in the facility.  Rebekah Harjes is the Director of Childcare she and her staff provide a fun, safe and caring place for children to play while their parents are enjoying one of the many opportunities for fitness, fun and relaxing in the Fit One facility.
