Fit One’s Children’s World offers opportunities for exercise to help reduce the growing number of over weight and out of shape kids by providing a fun, safe place for kids to learn the healthy habit of exercise.

During the school year, Fit One also has a Home school PE - a program based on the Presidential Challenge. This class meets 2 days a week.

Our Circuit Program

Our kid's workout program is a fun and challenging assisted circuit, designed just for kids, and includes
cardio exercise and safe hydraulic resistance equipment with self-accommodating resistance for all strength
levels and abilities.

The circuit consist of 12 stations with cues every 40 seconds to alert the children when to change stations.
A full workout consists of a warm-up stretch, completing the circuit 3 times, and finishing with a cool-down,
making the program 45 minutes with time left over for conversation with the NESTA certified instructors for
any questions the kids may have.

The equipment is designed specifically for kids by Pace, a world leader in resistance equipment for over 20 years.

The program is open to ages 10 and up - $10 per session.
